How the escape happened
According to the report, the suspects took advantage of a moment of vulnerability after the supervising inspector on duty had sent for food following complaints of hunger from the inmates.
Later, the inmates requested water to flush the toilet, claiming the taps were not running. When the cell door was opened to provide the water, six out of the eight suspects overpowered the inspector and escaped.
